How to set up Notifications in LIV (AHJs)

LIV notifications help AHJs manage compliance and communicate with users. Some notifications are sent automatically, while others must be sent manually, and some can be created with customized templates.

Automatic Notifications:

  • Past Due Notification is the only notification that should have the blue toggle turned "on". Turning this "on" enables automatic notifications, and will be sent without manual action.

Manual/Push to Send Notifications:

  • All other notifications must manually be sent by clicking the "Push to Send" should remain OFF.

  • Click the send button when you’re ready to notify users

Creating Notification Templates:

  • Navigate to the Notifications section

  • Select the notification type

  • Click Create Template

  • Add your message content

  • Save your template

Note:

  • The Renewal Notification template is already created

  • All other notification templates must be created manually

Configuring "Days After"

  • The "Days After" field controls when a notification is sent

  • Is a setting determined by AHJs

  • It defines how many days after an event (such as a due date) the notification will trigger

  • You can also edit this at any time
