Get started with Liv by setting up your Inspection Company account. Account creation can be accessed in two locations.
From the Who We Serve section
Step 1: Go to livsafe.com in your browser.
Step 2: From the home page, select Who We Serve.
Step 3: Pick Inspection Companies
from the list of options.
Step 4: Choose Create an Account
. You’ll be taken to the signup page.
Alternatively, from the login screen:
Step 1: Go to Livsafe.com in your browser
Step 2: From the login screen, find the section labeled Are you a new Inspection Company? and click Sign up.
From the sign up page, Account Creation!
Regardless how you get to this screen, the next steps are the same:
Step 1: Fill in your company name, work email address, username, phone number, and create a password.
Step 2: Review the details you entered, then click Verify Email to finish creating your account.
Step 3: Once logged in, locate the Help Center icon in the upper right corner and click it.
Step 4: Use the search bar to find topics like adding an AHJ or start from your Persona tab to explore recommended guides.
Step 5: Review articles for adding an AHJ to your profile and entering your credit card details.
Once your profile’s set up and you’ve explored the help articles, you’ll be ready to submit your first report. Liv’s built-in resources are designed to support new Inspection Companies every step of the way.
